Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-19

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Business Review (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service in any way.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

2. What We Provide

AI Business Review provides SMB automation assessment services consisting of: (a) a voice-based discovery call conducted by an AI-assisted conversational agent; (b) a structured findings report delivered as a PDF; and (c) a 30-minute human follow-up consultation. The specific scope of your assessment depends on the tier you purchase (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).

Important: Our findings are informational only. Nothing in your report constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for evaluating our findings and making your own business decisions. We recommend consulting appropriate licensed professionals before acting on any recommendations.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

All purchases are one-time payments processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change; your purchase is locked in at the price displayed at checkout.

Refunds: We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet completed your assessment call. Once your call is complete, all sales are final — the report is generated from your call, and the core work has been performed.

To request a refund, email hello@theaibusinessreview.com with your order details.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during intake. Inaccurate or incomplete information will reduce the quality of your report. Deliberately false information voids any refund eligibility.
  • Consent to the recording of your assessment call as disclosed at the start of each call. If you are in a jurisdiction where you cannot consent to recording, end the call before speaking.
  • Use the Service and your report only for lawful purposes. You may not use findings to harm competitors, fabricate content, or misrepresent our outputs.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our methodology or report templates.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Business Review retains all intellectual property rights in our methodology, report templates, software, and brand. Your report, once delivered, may be used internally by your business without restriction. You may share it with employees, advisors, and contractors working on your behalf.

Public redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our report templates or methodology without written permission is prohibited. Your underlying business data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of information you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our findings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid for your assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email if you have an account with us. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

Note: This governing law clause is a standard default. Please verify with qualified legal counsel before accepting your first paying customer.
