Calls are recorded — here's why and what we do with them
What we record: Every assessment call is recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are stored in our database and used to generate your findings report and to help the human follow-up consultant prepare for your session. Without the recording, we cannot produce your report.
Two-party consent: Some states and jurisdictions require all parties on a call to consent to recording. Our agent announces the recording at the start of every call. By placing the call and speaking past the disclosure, you are providing your consent. If you are in a location or context where you cannot legally consent to being recorded, please end the call before speaking.
How long we keep it: Recordings and transcripts are retained indefinitely for quality assurance and internal research. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@theaibusinessreview.com.
